I've stayed in 4* hotels before and this place exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived at the calm reception with friendly staff, too the sea view room with the fantastic views, We opted for breakfast, and the choice was outstanding - at least book breakfast here. The super friendly restaurant team and waiters were brilliant, and very accommodating. We decided also to try the evening buffet and for the price I expected less - but again the choice was overwhelming. We had initially only booked for a couple of days but enjoyed so much I changed my flights so we could have another night here and the reception team were super helpful organising and whilst we couldn't stay in the original room, we were upgraded to a better room. The bar had nightly entertainment, and whilst we didn't 'stay' in it looked like a good night with entertainment. Oh - go to the terrace on the roof with the pool and bar - this was like a oasis and fantastic during the day when the sun was glowing. Don't overlook this hotel.

Location: next to a beach, local shops and cafes. you need to cross the road to get to the beach, but it is not too busy. Parking: always were able to find a slot (free) next to their conference centre in the evening. busy lunch time Staff: super friendly and helpful. Breakfast: definitely meets the expectations of a 4star hotel, eg good food selection, fresh orange juice, open kitchen cooking Room: comfortable bed with 3 different types of pillows in the level junior suite. Rituals toiletries. The Level: lovely relatively calm place to relax; breakfast served there until 12pm; light snacks and drinks (and cava-wine) until 7pm; open bar with more snacks until 9pm; then back to light snacks until 10-11pm FYI: Beach: you can use your pool towels; sunbeds €7

Breakfast was adequate the usual continental spread, for English breakfast lovers the sausages and bacon weren't the real macoy but otherwise OK. Rooms were spotlessly clean, well equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge packed with drinks and snacks. The pools were well supplied with loungers and deck chairs and the rooftop pool, our favourite one, had a bar with sitting area serving hot and cold snacks. The views of the surrounding area and beach from up there was amazing. Oh must not forget to mention the staff who were friendly and cordial at all times.

1. The rooms are really clear. 2. The best view are rooms in front of the sea (only suits rooms) and on the swimming pool. If you book a deluxe room, the view can be not so good with a piece of the sea and parking an 3. The waiters are super nice. Thanks to a female waiter on the rooftop (not level). 4. Changing a room was quite easy. The receptionist wasn’t annoyed with this thing (as some receptionists do in other hotels). 5. You can enjoy time in this hotel not even going outside. Several spots to sunbathe if you’re bored with the same view. Several bars, massage …

Beautiful Hotel with view over the beach. The public parts of the hotel were beautiful and modern,it felt they were freshly refurbished. The staff was very nice and helpful, great hospitality. The room was spacious, clean with large shower and good amenities. We had selected half board and both breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with great choice and good quality food. The rooftop offers nice views of the coast. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.
